Our size does not compromise quality as demonstrated by our 'good' grading from the Adult Learning Inspectorate, now part of Ofsted, and our excellent performance and retention rates which place us at the forefront of UK training providers. The Employability Division of JHP Group specialises in enhancing the skills, progression and employability prospects of individuals not previously engaged in education, employment or training. A wide range of programme enables us to cater for a diverse client group, including recent school-leavers, returners to work and the long-term unemployed. The Employability Division works closely with the Skills Division to offer long-term career progression - clients frequently complete an employability programme and move to a work-based training qualification delivered by our Skills Division.
